The resort offers 54 rooms ranging from standard to 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos. Featuring 2 boat ramps, trailer parking, marina, fishing charters and tours, golf cart rentals, pontoon boat rentals, kayaks, paddle boards and more. On the resort is the Monkey Bar, Yardarm Restaurant, and ice cream. A new pool was built in 2026.
