The spirits lineup reads like a love letter to the Nature Coast: Bald Cypress, Florida Shine, Osprey Point, Mangrove Bay, Pink Spoonbill, and Kingfisher Gin, among others. On the beer side, the taps pour house brews like the easy-drinking Coastal Wheat and the malt-forward Mason Creek IPA.
